Our Story

Who We Are

It started with one man, a love of bread, pizza, and fresh, quality cured meats. Along come his sons, two young boys with a vegan tendency, and a vivacious passion for bringing the happiness of food to their friends, family, and anyone else they can find to share their enthusiasm with. Their dreams were realised when the trio met a french baker, with the best sourdough in Brisbane, ready to expand his expertise to the world of pizza.
